Our Design Process
The quality of our design and the process we follow for
its development and implementation are what set Premier
Basement & Design apart from other firms.
The design process starts with you. Your dedicated designer
will be assigned to you for the duration of your project.
They will start by listening carefully to your thoughts and
ideas for your remodeled space. It’s your designer’s job to
give voice to your ideas and turn them into functional
designs. With suggestions from their own experienced
understanding of the latest fashion and functional
considerations, the result is a formal design that’s
guaranteed to meet your requirements for form and function.
Using the latest design software to render virtual images of
your project, you can conduct a “walk through” of your
remodeled space, add or delete design components and make
other changes as necessary. The design isn’t finished until
you say it is.
With a complete understanding of exactly what your remodeled
space will look like upon completion, your dedicated project
manager will assist you with final budget adjustments and
construction scheduling.
